Loose Women’s Jane Moore became the first person to be kicked out of the I’m a Celebrity jungle tonight after the public voted. Camp mates hugged Jane as she left the camp. She told the rest of the celebrities to enjoy the “rest.”

Jane told camp that “hard work doesn’t pay off” after finding out she would be the first campmate to leave the jungle. She said she would look back on the experience with the fondest memories and would do it again “in a heartbeat.”

The presenter was among the last two with BBC Dean McCullough, Radio 1 DJ. Viewers took to social media after the results were announced. One fan said: “Jane should have been eliminated after Dean.” Another added “GET DEAN OUT OF THIS CAMP, MY DAUGHTER JANE DID NOT DESERVE THIS #ImACeleb.” Other comments included “I thought Jane would be the first #ImACeleb.”

A confused fan said: “How come Dean wasn’t the first to come out? #imacelebrity2024” and another fan added: Jane’s hard work isn’t rewarded, she didn’t deserve to be there go first. #ImaCeleb“.

Eliminations will continue daily over the next week until the final on Sunday, December 8. Three celebrities will advance to the finals, then one celebrity will be crowned the next king or queen of the jungle.

The campmates entered the jungle for the first time on Sunday, November 17. Since then, the original 10 contestants have graced our TV screens every night, bringing plenty of entertainment. Latecomers, Love Island’s Maura Higgins and Reverend Richard Coles, joined the camp a few days later on Thursday, November 20.
