Silver Alert Issued for Missing 83-Year-Old Man Last Seen at Colusa Casino Resort

COLUSA COUNTY, — The California Highway Patrol (CHP) has issued a Silver Alert for a missing 83-year-old at-risk person in several counties, including Tehama, Lassen, Glenn, Trinity and Siskiyou counties.

The CHP said Willie Gustave Cain was last seen on Nov. 29 around 5 p.m. at the Colusa Casino Resort in Colusa County.

Cain is believed to be driving a white 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 with Oregon license plate #894MKT.

He is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing approximately 180 pounds, with blue eyes and either bald or white hair.

If you see Cain, authorities ask you to call 911.
