Delhi Police asks commuters to avoid Kalindi Kunj. Check notice – Delhi News

The Delhi Traffic Police has issued an important advisory for commuters regularly plying the Kalindi Kunj route between Delhi and Noida. The ongoing construction of the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway is expected to cause regular traffic jams.

This includes the construction of a bridge on Agra Canal Road, which is expected to continue over the next few months and will mainly affect traffic at the Kalindi Kunj junction, a critical point for travelers from neighboring states.

Due to infrastructure activities and heavy vehicle traffic, commuters are advised to plan their trips carefully to avoid unnecessary delays. Authorities suggest looking for alternative routes during this time to reduce traffic congestion and improve travel efficiency.

For those commuting between Faridabad and Noida, it is recommended to take Mathura Road followed by Route No. 13 to Noida. This alternative route strategically diverts traffic, bypassing the highly congested Kalindi Kunj crossing.

Similarly, people traveling from Noida to Delhi should opt for the DND flyover, which avoids bottlenecks and provides a faster and smoother journey.

To further minimize inconvenience, Delhi Traffic Police has urged the public to avoid traveling around Kalindi Kunj Junction during peak hours, known for high traffic density.
