No additional fees should be charged to students for printing hall tickets.

Hall tickets will be available under “Admit Card with Paid Status” option only for applications with “Paid” status.

For students with late registrations or extra seat numbers assigned by the divisional council, hall tickets will be available under the “Extra Seat No Admit Card” option.

Corrections to the student’s name, mother’s name or date of birth must be made online via the “correction request” link. After payment of the correction fees, the request will be sent to the departmental council for approval. The corrected hall ticket will then be available under the “Correction Admit Card” option.

Any changes in the language of instruction must be made directly through the division council.

For applications marked as ‘Unpaid’, the status will be updated once payment is received, and hall tickets will be available under the ‘Admit Card with Late Payment Status’ option.

If the photo on the hall ticket is defective, the school/college director must affix a new photo with stamp and signature.

In case a student loses the hall ticket, the school/college must issue a duplicate, marking it as “Duplicate” in red ink.
