Wolves defender tops Premier League list with latest goal

Wolves were facing a potential banana skin in their away game against Bristol City in the FA Cup third round.

But all fears were quickly allayed as Vítor Pereira’s men took the lead after just ten minutes. It’s an increasingly familiar name that finds the back of the net.

Rayan Aït-Nouri has been in fine form of late, and it’s his superb diving header that gives the Premier League side the lead.

That makes a total of nine goals in all competitions this season, more than any other defender in the Premier League.

Bristol City managed to pull one back just before half-time, leaving the Championship side with everything to play for in the second half.
