Updates of BAFTAS 2025: Hollywood stars are preparing for the red carpet in London while Conclave directs the nominations of the film prize

The Kensington Palace confirmed that the royal couple would not go to red carpet to the starry event.

The ceremony takes place at the start of the mid-term holidays from George, Charlotte and Louis de Lambrook school, This means that family time can be at the top of the agenda.

The Prince of Wales attended last year, but Princess Kate jumped the event because of her restoration of her planned abdominal surgery.

The couple has already traveled the red carpet together, including in 2023 and 2020.

Prince William, 42, was president of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTAS) since he assured the post in 2010, succeeding the actor and director Richard attentborough.

First arrivals

David Tennant and Jeff Goldblum would have arrived at the red carpet before the ceremony.

David welcomes the BAFTA for the second consecutive year.

Jeff should play a piano during a tribute to people that the film industry lost last year.

Jeff played in The Wicked, which received seven nominations.

In addition to nominees, some Hollywood stars that you could expect this evening include Pamela Anderson, Anna Kendrick, Camila Cabello, Joe Alwyn, Celia Imrie, James Norton, Selena Gomez, Jesse Eisenberg, Naomi Ackie and Tom Felton.

A winner was revealed before the event with the highest distinction of the British Academy, the Bafta Stock Exchange, going to the actor and television host Warwick Davis.
