The 17th Annual Boulder Valley Real Estate Conference

BOULDER – The 17th Annual Boulder Valley Real Estate Conference will be held on November 21, 2024, from 8:25 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Boulder’s Embassy Suites. This major event brings together key players in the local real estate industry, but anyone interested in the Boulder Valley real estate market and trends is encouraged to attend. Attendees will gain insight into the latest market updates and trends from national speakers and local experts.

Registration begins at 7:30 a.m., so arrive early to take advantage of the best networking in town, before the presentations begin.

The conference opens with an analysis of the residential market presented by Todd Gullette, managing broker at RE/MAX of Boulder. Following this, Geoffrey Keys, CEO of Keys Commercial Real Estate, will provide an overview of the commercial market.

Lisa Wade of RE/MAX of Boulder will host a panel discussion on the evolving housing policy landscape, covering recent changes and potential developments.

Luncheon keynote speaker Dr. Lawrence Yun, chief economist of the National Association of Realtors^®will provide insight into past market performance and offer projections for the future.

In the first afternoon session, I will moderate a panel titled The New Paradigm, which will explore how the real estate industry is adapting to the demands of the recent legal settlement with the National Association of Realtors and its impact on everyday life . daily business practices.

The second session of the afternoon, Breaking Ground, could just as easily be titled “What’s Happening!” » This final session is a must-see for those wanting the latest updates, as six representatives from local municipalities will share an overview of major projects underway in each community.
