The detectives of the county of Bucks have found handwritten notes, including the names of online accounts associated with minor girls, as well as the false names that the wills contact them, if he has contacted a girl and if she provided Naked images, according to an affidavit of probable cause.

The detectives also found hours of mobile phone video interacting with several apparently minor girls online from June to January in January, the Affidavit said.

The authorities opened an investigation after the national center for missing and operated children sent to the DA Office two cybertips involving a user who shared several sexually abused children’s files on Kik and Snapchat online platforms.

The account IP address has been traced in Bloc 300 rue Main in Hulmeville, where Wills lives, detectives said.

The files included several images of “selfie” style of a shirtless man with salt and pepper hair, which seems to correspond to the image of a driving license for wills.

In the videos, Wills would have engaged in conversations with minors, then directed them the part of the body to show, or what to do in the videos.

Apparently, minor girls were represented in videos removing clothes and exposing body parts. Videos also showed that Wills were touched during calls, said Affidavit.

Detectives were able to identify a 13 -year -old girl in a video exposed, but the names of other minors are unknown at the moment, said Affidavit.

The detectives also confiscated mobile phones, USB discs and handwritten documents when executing a search warrant at Willis’ home in January.

The documents included accounts / identities online with the names of 11 adolescents, including birth dates, email addresses and passwords and instructions to delete accounts and online applications.

Wills awaits extradition. He faces seven crime accusations, including offenses related to infantile pornography, the dissemination of the sexual material of a minor and an offense of invasion of privacy.
