Enter the expansive lobby, where there are office spaces that open onto a solarium. To the left is a club lounge with a rental demonstration kitchen offering courtyard views. To the right, the great room features pool and shuffleboard tables in a living room-like space.

“You can just sit there, enjoy your cup of coffee, enjoy the view of the courtyard,” said Alexa Ciullasenior community manager of the development’s property management company, Gray Star.

A Bluetooth keyless touchpad provides secure entry to Unit 133, which welcomes guests with natural light streaming in through the living room’s bay window. Upon entering the first floor unit you will find a closet to the left and the 50 square foot kitchen to the right. The latter features soft close cabinets (navy bottom and soft white top) with gold handles, complemented by a gray tile backsplash. Energy-efficient General Electric stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave, are nestled between or under the quartz countertops. Under-cabinet lighting makes cooking easier, while recessed ceiling lighting goes above. The kitchen space, featuring silver faucets and luxury vinyl plank flooring that extends into the living room, is large enough to feature a butcher block or movable island that can accommodate bar seating.

“There’s so much extra space,” Ciulla said. “It’s basically a flexible, open room for you.”

To the immediate right of the kitchen there are two more cupboards. The first contains the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, while the second contains the stackable washer/dryer.

The living room offers views of Boston Street, while a select few units can see the Boston skyline in the distance. The 158 square foot space is a great place to sit on the couch and watch TV on a quiet weekend morning.

A door off the living room leads to the 154 square foot master suite, which has the same floor-to-ceiling windows as the living room. The plush cream-colored carpet continues into the walk-in closet, which measures 44 square feet and opens to the shower-only bathroom. You can also access this bath from the hall. It features tile flooring, recessed lighting, a single white vanity topped with quartz, and a shower with a white subway tile surround.

The entrance to the second suite is on the other side of the living room. Measuring 105 square feet, it has a window and a 39 square foot walk-in closet that leads to the en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has the same features but comes with a full bathtub instead of a standalone shower.

You’ll need it after working out in the resort’s modern fitness center, which has a yoga studio and a private room for planning spa treatments or massages. There will also be weekly fitness classes and an on-site golf simulator allowing you to improve your swing. (It can also be programmed to play video games.) The pet spa includes a washer and dryer for cleaning up after pampering your furry residents. (They charge pet rent: $75 per month for dogs and $50 per month for cats.) The bike and repair area includes custom bikes for rent, while private coworking stations on place and a podcast studio offer options for working. A maker’s space is equipped with paints, canvases and tables.

“You can really go out there and just be a DIYer,” Ciulla said.

A smart package room includes scannable QR code entry. A laser will home in on where your package is located, eliminating the need to sift through boxes. It also has a cold room for grocery delivery.

A central courtyard anchors the Maxwell and features a swimming pool. It also has an outdoor cinema area, seating and fire pits. There is 6,450 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor that is currently vacant. A 455-space parking garage is available at a monthly cost of $125 per space. It features a mural overlooking the street of Portland, Maine, artist Jenna Pirello.

The Everett Triangle neighborhood includes the neighboring Mason Building. There will be two residential buildings across the street: Jade will begin pre-leasing in 2025 and Juniper is expected to be completed in 2026. Chelsea MBTA Stationwhich serves the Silver Line and the commuter train, East about a mile from the Maxwell.

“The overall image and aesthetic of the building is meant to be very relaxing and calm,” Ciulla said. “Our goal is to find your center and breathe outside of the Boston area while remaining very close. »
