The San Francisco 49ers are determined to finish the season strong as they head into their final three games. The first will be a Week 16 showdown against the Miami Dolphins at Hard Rock Stadium, where head coach Kyle Shanahan’s team hopes to pull off a long-desired victory.

However, the team will be missing some key contributors. Two players have already been excluded and the full list of inactive players will be announced 90 minutes before kick-off.

Who came out?

Run back Isaac Guerendo and left tackle Trent Williams will not be fit for Sunday’s match.

Guerendo, who played through a sprained foot in Week 15 against the Los Angeles Rams, injured his hamstring during the contest. He was unable to train this week. Patrick Taylor Jr. is expected to start at running back in his absence.

Meanwhile, Williams will miss his fifth straight game as he continues to recover from an ankle injury. Jaylon Moore is likely to step in again at left tackle.

Other questionable

The 49ers listed three players as questionable for the game against the Dolphins. These are defensive ends Nick Bosa And Robert Beal and linebacker Dr. Greenlaw.

Greenlaw returned in Week 15 after recovering from an Achilles injury, but experienced knee soreness after the game. He participated in limited training throughout the week. Despite this, Greenlaw expressed confidence in his availability for Sunday’s contest.

Bosa, dealing with hip and oblique injuries, played through pain against the Rams. He missed Thursday’s practice and participated on a limited basis Wednesday and Friday, leaving his status uncertain.

Beal’s status is also uncertain after he injured his ankle during Friday’s practice. Their status will be revealed when the list of inactive players is published.
