Parts of the UAE experienced rain on Sunday evening. Videos released by Storm Center on December 22 show rains in the northern region of the country.

The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) had predicted that precipitation is expected on the Sunday Islands, as well as in some northern and coastal areas.

A video released by Storm Center highlighted the heavy rains in Ras Al Khaimah, where roads were visibly affected by the downpours. The rains caused puddles to form on the streets and cars were seen with blurred windows due to the intensity of the downpours.
