Woman Discovers Pile of Stuffed Animals After Never Emptying Trap (Exclusive)

Woman Discovers Pile of Stuffed Animals After Never Emptying Trap (Exclusive)

Kailey Bradley was sitting at Christmas breakfast with her family in Scott County, Tennessee, when her sister Delaney Neal mentioned that she had to dry her clothes for three cycles before they were completely done.

Hearing this, Kailey’s husband Rane turned to Delaney and asked, “Have you cleaned your lint trap in a while?”

In response, Delaney, 22, asked: “What are you talking about?”

Immediately, Rane told Delaney that after breakfast he and the family would go see what was wrong – and that’s exactly what they did. But once they got to Delaney’s house and Rane took out the dryer to explain how to clean the stuffed animals, what he saw shocked them all.

“We couldn’t believe my sister’s house didn’t catch on fire because of the amount of lint in her dryer,” Kailey, 31, tells PEOPLE exclusively. “The amount shown in the video is not even half of what comes out in the video.”

“We’re in a family of four sisters, we’re pretty scatterbrained and stuff like that happens all the time,” she adds. “Luckily we have parents who pray.”

Kailey decided to take out her phone to film this whole mishap. She knew it would be funny and terrible, but she never imagined that anyone else would find it as crazy as her family.

But then she posted the video on TikTokand the views just kept coming. Since then, the video has garnered more than 7.8 million views and 5,500 comments.

“I think it will catch fire if I fail to empty it even once ,” one user commented.

“As a large insurance adjuster who handles fire claims, I’m surprised we haven’t met,” another person wrote.

Someone else said: “We don’t teach people how to do laundry . »

“I called my sister first and said, ‘Guess what? 800 people have seen your video!'” Kailey told PEOPLE, after seeing the video go viral. “She was stunned. Today, almost 8 million people have seen it, and we are completely in shock. At first the rude comments bothered me, but then we decided: ‘We don’t even know not these people, who cares?’”
