NIACL Assistant Prep Strategy in 10 Days

The National Insurance Company Limited Assistant exam is an important exam for candidates aspiring to work in the insurance industry. With only 10 days of preparation, it may seem like a tough challenge, but with the right strategy and effort, you can cover a lot in a short time. Here is a simple 10-day preparation strategy to help you ace the NIACL Assistant exam. We divided the remaining days into small parts and gave specific strategies for each of them. The admit card is also now available for download from the link below.

Day 1-3: Review basic concepts

During the first three days, focus on reviewing key concepts and review the types of questions asked. The NIACL 2025 Assistant the exam has three sections:

  • Reasoning ability
  • Digital capacity
  • English language

Start by practicing the basic questions in these three sections. For reasoning ability, focus on topics like seating arrangements, puzzles, and syllogism. For numerical ability, focus on topics such as simplification, number series, and data interpretation. In English, review grammar rules, vocabulary and comprehension.

Days 4 to 6: Strengthen your weak points

At this point, you should have identified your strengths and weaknesses. Spend these three days practicing more difficult questions regarding your weak areas. For example, if you find data interpretation or reasoning puzzles difficult, practice more questions on those topics. Make sure you spend time reviewing what you learned in previous days.

Day 7-8: Take mock tests

In these two days, focus on comprehensive mock tests. This will help you understand the time management aspect of the exam. During mock tests, simulate exam-like conditions to get used to the pressure. After taking each mock test, analyze your performance. Identify sections where you wasted time or made mistakes and focus on improving those areas on your next test.

Day 9: Review and Revise

On day 9, focus on revision. Go through all the important formulas, shortcuts and tricks you learned over the past few days. Also revisit any topics you’re still unsure about. Review the most common reasoning patterns, math tricks, and vocabulary words that are often asked on the exam.

Day 10: Stay calm and relax

On the last day, don’t try to learn something new. Instead, focus on reviewing your notes, solving a few questions from each section, and staying calm. Make sure you have everything prepared for the exam day like your admit card, identity proof and other necessary documents. Take time to relax and avoid last minute stress.
