Manchester United legend says Cristiano Ronaldo can still score 20 goals in EPL

Manchester United legend Andy Cole has backed Real Madrid icon Cristiano Ronaldo, saying he can still score 20 Premier League goals.

Ronaldo currently plays for Saudi Pro League club Al-Nassr and has been producing impressive numbers for the SPL club since his transfer. Cole praised Ronaldo’s work ethic, attitude and other aspects and claimed that any youngster should look up to the Portuguese legend as a role model.

Cole further added that a professional like Ronaldo still possesses the ability to score 20 goals per season. Speaking to Cardplayer.com, Cole said:

Cristiano Ronaldo is so special. He has an incredible work rate and attitude, everything is absolutely phenomenal. I have nothing but admiration for him. Truly, any young kid who aspires to become a professional footballer should look no further than him. Please look no further than him, because he represents everything young children should aspire to reach the top for.

He added:

That level of work rate, that consistency and that drive to improve season after season. He is the ultimate professional and if kids don’t want to be like him as a footballer they should retire already. Would he score another 20 Premier League goals? Certainly. He will always score goals because he has this quality. He’s just a monster, an absolute phenomenon.
