Eligibility Criteria for CBSE Scholarship for Single Girl 2025

To be eligible for the CBSE Single Girl Child Scholarship 2025, the following conditions must be met:

• Academic performance: Candidates must have secured at least 60% marks in CBSE Class 10 examination.
• Deserving students: The scholarship is reserved for female students who are the unmarried children of their parents.
• Current registration: Students must be currently enrolled in class 11 or 12 under the CBSE system.
• Tuition : Monthly tuition fees should be less than Rs 1,500 during the academic year. A maximum annual increase of 10% in fees is permitted for the following two years.
• NRI Students: NRI students are eligible, provided their school’s tuition fees do not exceed Rs 6,000 per month.
• Nationality: The scholarship is available only to Indian nationals.

CBSE Scholarship Amount for Single Girl

The scholarship offers financial assistance of Rs 500 per month. Applicants must submit their bank details including bank name, account number, RTGS/NEFT information, IFSC code and bank address. It is essential that applicants sign their application form as any unsigned form will be rejected.

CBSE Scholarship Programs for Single Girls 2025

Eligible students can apply for the scholarship in two categories:

• Scholarship for single girl X 2025: This scholarship is available to girl students who have passed their Class 10 examinations in 2025 from CBSE affiliated schools and are currently studying in Class 11.

Scholarship for Single Girls X 2023 (renewal 2025): This program is aimed at students who obtained the scholarship for single girls in 2023 and who request the renewal of their scholarship for the year 2025.
