Feltz, 62, a former presenter on BBC Radio 2 and Big Breakfast, said she had met Wallace, 60, several times – including interviewing him on radio – but had never worked in worked closely with him nor witnessed any undesirable behavior.

However, she said a friend of hers was taking Wallace to the BBC for a show, having never met him before, and they got into a lift.

Another young woman was also present and Feltz claims that Wallace, “completely spontaneous,” then “described a sexual act he had performed on his then-wife that morning.”

“So my friend had never met Gregg Wallace before, didn’t ask him about his sex life, he was just taking him on a BBC show,” Feltz continued.

“And the young woman in the elevator was just an innocent passenger.”

She added: “It was something that a very close associate of mine spoke to me about at the time – what did anyone do about it? Of course, absolutely nothing.”
