Third start of the Inclusions project for Men with Behind the Third Ability: So functional is

Anlässlich Internationaler Tag of Menschen mit Behinderungen, Ternathe director of the National Stromnetzes, presents Terna-Fähigkeitun Inclusionsprojekt für Menschen mit Behinderungen. Ziel der Initiative est, durch konkrete et gezielte Maßnahmen die Arbeitsintegration zu fördern et Ungleichheiten beim Zugang zur Arbeitswelt zu verringern.

This program will be carried out by the Terna-Gruppe under the leadership of Giuseppina Di Foggia, beyond the planned implementation and integration of men with the backstage into the world of work at the front. The Initiative focused on Urachen, Ungleichheiten erzeugen, et zielt darauf ab, den Zugang et die Teilhabe am Arbeitsleben zu verbessern et gleichzeitig Werte et soziale Innovation zu fördern.

Terna-Fähigkeit: the initiatives

Terna Ability is structured towards initiativesgegliedert in all Hauptaktionsbereiche: Culture and cultivation, Recruitment and employee journey, Networks and alliancesAnd Internal and external communication. This is a unique cultural journey, a big project of creating stereotypes and a new approach to background improvement.

The group’s most interesting projects are:

• Basic Toolkit: a fully-fledged Leitfaden zur Unternehmensintegration mit Einzelheiten zu Anreizen und Vorteilen auf nationaler und Unternehmensbene.
• Terna-Fähigkeitsecke: individual support and support services, organized by the Diversity and Inclusion function, especially for men with behind the scenes and colleges, with their apprenticeships.
• Terna-Fähigkeits Workshop: Berufsorientierungskurse in Zusammenarbeit mit Italian Universitäten für Studierende und Absolventen mit Behinderungen und spezifischen Lernstörungen (DSA).
