Holcim nominates Kim Fausing as president to succeed Jan Jenisch

JONA (dpa-AFX) – Holcim AG (HLB.F), a supplier of construction materials, announced on Friday that it had nominated Kim Fausing for the position of president of the company.

Kim Fausing will succeed Jan Jenisch, appointed president and CEO of the future North American company.

Fausing has been a member of Holcim’s board of directors since 2020 and serves on the audit committee. Since July 2017, he has been Chairman and CEO of Danfoss Group, Denmark.
