XAT 2025 admit card will be available soon. Major updates to the exam pattern

Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) 2025 admit cards will be available soon on the official website. Eligible candidates can log on to the official website to access their hall tickets. The exam is scheduled for January 5, 2025 and will take place from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. This year’s application window opened on July 15 and closed on December 10, 2024. Organized by XLRI, the XAT is a crucial exam for management aspirants, with over 250 institutions accepting its scores for admission.

STEPS TO CHECK AND DOWNLOAD XAT 2025

• Visit the official XAT website

• Click on the link “XAT 2025 Admit Card” (Once released)

• Log in with your credentials

• Check your details and download the admit card

• Print a copy for future reference.

The admit card will include essential details such as the candidate’s XAT ID, name, photograph, signature, date of birth and disability status. It will also specify the exam date, presentation time, gate closing time, exam duration, exam city, exam center details, contact details. emergency and instructions for the day of the exam.

CHANGES IN XAT EXAM PATTERN 2025

The XAT 2025 exam format has undergone significant updates to improve its effectiveness in assessing candidates’ management and leadership potential.

1. Analytical Essay Writing (AEW) Changes:

The AEW component will now be integrated into the Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GD/PI) stages rather than being part of the main exam.

2. Revision of the general knowledge section:

The General Knowledge section will have 20 questions instead of 25, out of which 12 are current affairs based and 8 are static GK to balance contemporary awareness and fundamental knowledge.

3. Adjusted exam schedule:

The test will be divided into two parts:

• Part One: 170 minutes covering key sections.

• Part Two: A 10-minute segment focused solely on general knowledge.

• The total duration remains 180 minutes.
