Bobby Friction and Amber Sandhu lose the BBC Asian Network Watch in Birmingham – RadioTODAY

Bobby Frration will leave his current week’s show for a weekend show on BBC Asian Network, and Amber Sandhu will leave the station during his move to Birmingham.

All the remaining programs will move in the midlands before April 28, including breakfast with Nikita Kanda.

The new musical show with DJ Limelight and Kan D Man (Wednesday 8:00 p.m. to 10 p.m.) will be broadcast from Birmingham from Wednesday April 9, with DJ Limelight as a host, followed by Prit (Sunday 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.) and Nadia Ali (Sunday 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.) broadcast from Birmingham from Sunday, April 13.

Asian network breakfast with Nikita Kanda will be the last show to move to town, broadcasting live from Birmingham from Monday, April 28.

In addition to moving his remaining programs to Birmingham, Asian Network announced a new calendar from Monday, April 7.

As part of the modifications, Bobby Friction will leave his show during the week in progress for a brand new specialized music show every Sunday from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., from Sunday April 13, replacing the current Sunday show of Vallisa which will end in March .

Instead of the current Bobby program, three new programs during the week will be launched from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, presented respectively by Vallisa, Nadia Ali and Kan D Man respectively.

The other changes that take place from Monday, April 7, include daily newspaper (Monday, 06: 00-06: 30) starting a new rotation of presenters, which will be announced soon, with Harpreet Kaur organizing its final program on Monday, March 31.

Amber Sandhu will leave Asian Network with the co-host of One still Chai, Gura Randhawa, taking control from 3:00 p.m. on Saturday afternoon, organizing his first live show on the network. Asian Network Chill will also end in March.
