The beautiful residence has six bedrooms, so plenty of space for their growing family as well as Edoardo’s son Wolfie, from a previous relationship, who often comes to stay there.

Highlights include the private swimming pool and tennis courts on site, making it a world of fun for the little ones – and even more enjoyable in the summer.

The Cotswolds are a beautiful area, popular with royals and celebrities.

The rural location allows the couple to raise their children in the countryside, engaging in healthy hobbies like nature walks.

In a exclusive HELLO! interview with Gabriela Peacock, Beatrice’s friend and nutritionist, revealed that walks are always on the agenda when they meet. “We see Bea and Edo all the time, which is super nice,” she added.

Privacy is also another important factor, as the secluded location means they can live away from the limelight and their children can be raised without much pressure from royal life.

The family has a separate outbuilding which they have converted into a guest house. This is ideal for friends and family who come to visit. We’re sure Beatrice’s mother, Sarah Ferguson, is often there doing her grandmotherly duties.

What does Princess Beatrice’s house look like?

While the pregnant Princess Beatrice keeps her private life largely a secret and we rarely see a glimpse of her home with her husband Edoardo and their daughter Sienna, we get a sense of their interiors thanks to Edoardo’s work.

The 41-year-old owns Banda Property, an interiors and real estate company and he always shares the most stunning rooms with breathtaking decor.

Here are some of the compliments posted on his work: “Still stunning”, “Perfection” and “Unreal”.

They are expecting a new baby in 2025

In October, Buckingham Palace announced the surprising news of Beatrice and Edoardo: expecting their second child together in early spring 2025.

It read: “Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrice and Mr Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi are very pleased to announce that they are expecting their second child together in early spring; a sibling for eight-year-old Wolfie and Sienna , three years old, His Majesty the King has been informed and both families are delighted with the news.

Did you know that the new baby will also have a title? But not from Beatrice’s royal heritage! Edoardo’s father, Count Alessandro Mapelli Mozzi, previously told MailOnline: ‘Edoardo is the only male descendant to take the family to the next generation.

“He’s a count – his wife will automatically be a countess and all their children will be counts or nobile donna.”
