Traffic police are often stationed at key locations to ensure that drivers follow road safety rules and regulations. Their duties include issuing challans to people who violate these rules. In most cases, the fear of a fine drives most people to comply, whether it’s wearing a helmet, stopping at a red light, or following traffic lights. However, some find ways to evade the police, sometimes even mocking the system.

A video that recently went viral on the Internet shows a young woman breaking several traffic rules and then deciding to joke instead of taking the situation seriously. The video, shared by Amar Kataria, a police officer who describes himself as a digital creator on Instagram, captures a playful yet provocative interaction between a girl and traffic police in Rohtak, Haryana.

The girl, who is riding a scooter, is seen passing by the police, who immediately notice that she is breaking several traffic laws. She is not wearing a helmet, her vehicle has no license plate and she is driving on the wrong side of the road. Despite the seriousness of the situation, the young girl responds nonchalantly, even transforming the encounter into a funny moment.

When the officer approaches her, she responds to his inquiry about her name by jokingly stating that she is “Sinchan Nohara”, a popular cartoon character. Unfazed by the prospect of a challan, the girl continues her antics, imitating Shinchan’s voice and acting as if she is completely immune to the consequences. The officer, still trying to handle the situation professionally, informs him that a challan will be issued. However, she counters by saying that he should confirm his name with her. mother, continuing to playfully embody the cartoon character.

As the conversation unfolds, another person standing nearby tells the policeman to let the girl off the hook, offering to pay the challan for her. The officer, while remaining in control, tells the girl to be more responsible and to always wear a helmet when driving. He even jokingly warns her that if she doesn’t, “Yamraj” (the god of death) might come for her.

In a cheeky response, the girl asks who “Yamraj” is, joking that he could be the policeman’s father. The officer, unfazed by the jokes, replies that “Yamraj” takes children who don’t follow the rules, to which the girl confidently replies that no one can take her because she is “Shinchan Nohara”.

This playful exchange between the girl and the police officer went viral on social media, with many users commenting on the girl’s cheeky attitude and the police officer’s reaction. The incident sparked a wider discussion about the treatment of young people during traffic offences, with many wondering whether the officer would have acted in the same way if the person in question had been a young man rather than a girl.

Some users expressed concern that the police officer may have been too lenient in this situation, while others found the girl’s antics amusing. Although the video is circulating widely on social media, it is important to note that News 18 has not been able to independently verify its authenticity.
