Two found dead in the fire of the House of Duplin County

Duplin County, NC (Witn) – Two people died after the fire torn this morning in a house in the County of Caroline de l’Est.

The first speakers were called just before 5:30 am in a house which was strongly swallowed up in flames on South Williams Road in the county of Duplin, near Highway 24.

The crews of the Sarecta fire service, the Beulaville fire service, the Kenansville fire service, the Fire Service of Potters Hill, the Sheriff’s Bureau of Duplin County and Duplin County Ems initially responded to the fire.

Duplin County Emergency Medical Services indicates that two victims were found inside the house while they were fighting against fire. The two were declared dead on the scene.

The Duplin County Fire Commissioner’s Office was immediately called upon to start investigating the fire. The Bureau of the North Carolina of the State Fire Commissioner was also contacted.

The names of the victims or a cause of the fire are not released.
